Christ sees His Church from His vantage point, not man’s

Early on the LORD told me, (as in caused me to know in such a way that I knew it was Him. God has the ability to make you know it’s Him), that He has sheep in all of the denominations and flavors of churches out there, but that they are hindered by the leadership as if a dark, black blanket of oppression covers the entities they call churches.   He said that He is the one who decides what and who is His Church. He sees His Church from Read More …

IS REPENTANCE NECESSARY FOR SALVATION?

So many like to say, “Repentance just means changing your mind.” Ok, so what does changing your mind mean? Some of these statements are so misleading and I know in many cases intent on misdirecting souls from truth. Some enjoy taking the example of God where it “repenteth” Him that He did this or that, such as having made man or having made Saul King etc. They conclude that since God’s repenting wasn’t from sin that to repent can’t mean repent from sin. I don’t know about you, but I Read More …

Jesus Christ Paid a Debt He Did Not Owe Because We Owe a Debt We Can Not Pay

The Father saw the travail of His soul and was satisfied. Isaiah 53:11   The eternal God, manifest in the flesh, took our sin and flesh problem upon Himself, and nailed it to the cross, at the hands of those He came to save. Wounded in the house of His friends, He was betrayed, beaten and slaughtered. The God of glory set His glory aside, was humbled and shamed so that we may be redeemed and restored unto Him. This Jesus Christ who was crucified,  bled out the only blood Read More …

What is the “Church”? (Ekklesia)

This is a FB Post by Sister Bianca Ambrose. I seems God had her thinking and writing on this topic at the same time I was. I would like to share here for all to see. Bianca Ambrose March 6 · 3/6/2017 As we gathered together Yesterday, this word came to us: Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ. 1 Peter 2:5 So we sought the Lord on it. Brethren we are Read More …

The Religious Leaders of Old Israel and of Today

The religious leaders of Israel did not repent when Jesus came and spoke to them face to face. Today’s wayward religious leaders will not repent either. What happened to the religious leaders of Israel that did not repent? They were made spiritually blind and God gave His Spirit to others in whom He could do what He wanted to do. That old Religious establishment persisted even though God left them. What is happening to today’s religious leaders who do not repent? They are made spiritually blind and God gives His Read More …

What about Church? . . . or . . . church?

It’s not about church, it’s about Jesus Christ. That is first and foremost. 1) Without getting our relationship with and focus on Jesus Christ right, nothing else will ever be right. 2) The bible is second, we must read, and become saturated with the Word of God. In the volume of the book it written of Me said Jesus Christ through the prophet Psalmist and the scribe who wrote Hebrews, (which I believe was Paul). If we get those two right, everything else will be right. You can not be Read More …

Tongue[s] Twisting Continues – Literally

Some teache that tongues is for the sole purpose of preaching the gospel to all Nations, (ethnic people groups) so everyone will hear the Gospel in their own language. At Pentecost, there was no interpreter. Since everyone heard them speaking in their own language, there was no need for an interpreter. That is one kind of tongue. The bible says there are different kinds of tongues in the context of the gifts. Paul mentions also, “unknown” tongues. He mentions that when people speak publicly in tongues, they need to interpret Read More …

TONGUES – Like you haven’t heard it.

Every Christian knows what happened in Acts 2 at Pentecost. (Acts 2:4 [AKJV]) And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance. (Acts 2:5 [AKJV]) And there were dwelling at Jerusalem Jews, devout men, out of every nation under heaven. (Acts 2:6 [AKJV]) Now when this was noised abroad, the multitude came together, and were confounded, because that (((every man heard them speak in his own language))). This is one example of tongues. A very specific example. Read More …

To Whom are you a Friend and a Neighbor?

The question is not, “who is my neighbor?”; Jesus is interested in “whose neighbor are you?” 48 Now the betrayer had given them a sign, saying,“The one I will kiss is the man; seize him.” 49 And he came up to Jesus at once and said, “Greetings, Rabbi!” And he kissed him. 50 Jesus said to him, “Friend, do what you came to do.” Matt 26:48-50 Judas was not a friend to Jesus but Jesus was a friend to Judas. When we treat someone as a friend, as Jesus did Read More …

Despise Not Prophesyings

Pastor: “If a Prophet says something that’s not in the bible, it’s not from God.” Parishioner: “Does the bible say that?” Pastor: “No” Parishioner: “So, let me get this straight, You don’t want anyone to believe a Prophet if what he says is not in the bible but you want me to believe you when what you say is not in the bible? That seems pretty lofty to me Pastor.” Despise not prophesyings. (1 Thessalonians 5:20) Most Pastors are so dull of hearing God that they are ready to dump Read More …

Jesus Requires Repentance for the Remission of Sins

Let Us Return To The Apostles’ Doctrine First, people need to come to grips with the fact that they are sinners who have a problem with an extremely holy God who is willing to forgive them if they are willing to repent. Sinners abide under the wrath of God even if you believe in Jesus Christ. (Eph 2:3 & Co 3:6) No repentance means no forgiveness and no being saved from the wrath of God. Jesus Christ came to save His people from their sins, (Matt 1:21) He gave himself Read More …

AMERICA – A MORE SEVERE JUDGMENT

Does America Deserve a Blessing? Many like to think that since America has been a light with taking the gospel to other peoples and since America has some Christian roots and since America has lots of Christian radio programs and prints lots of bibles etc that we will get some kind of special treatment or reprieve from judgment. The United States will get a more severe judgement for the very reasons Christians claim America will get some kind of blessing. Jesus shows us how He thinks of this in these Read More …

Rapture or Coming of the Lord?

Many often refer to or merely repeat the notion that there is a “first fruits rapture”. Let me show you, explicitly, who the Apostle Paul says is the “First Fruits”. (1 Corinthians 15:21 [AKJV]) For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. (1 Corinthians 15:22 [AKJV]) For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. (1 Corinthians 15:23 [AKJV]) But every man in his own order: Christ the first fruits; afterward they that are Christ’s at his Read More …

Agape Love and the Characteristics of True Disciples
